We are pleased to share our MSNAP National Report (2023) for the Memory Service National Accreditation Programme (MSNAP) which collates data gathered from peer review visits of memory services from 2021-2023.

The report focuses on compliance against our standards, contextual information (such as caseload sizes and waiting times), good practice examples as well as service member testimonials and feedback from the reviews.

This report looks at a number of MSNAP standards which are commonly unmet by memory services undergoing a peer review. The report details the reasons why these areas are commonly unmet and provides some suggested recommendations for how to evidence these.

We have aggregated data from 26 memory services that took part in the MSNAP peer review process from January 2021 to July 2022.

We hope that services can use this report to address any standards that are currently unmet.

We have aggregated data from 23 memory services that took part in the MSNAP peer review process from May 2023 to June 2024.
