Dr Claire Dillon
London Wellbeing Champion
Dr Claire Dillon is the co-London Wellbeing Champion as well as a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer in West London NHS Trust. Claire has worked across high secure, enhanced medium secure, medium secure, low secure and community forensic services. She has held a range of leadership roles including as the Clinical Director for West London Forensic Services where the services went from an Inadequate to Outstanding CQC rating. She has also led physical health care services in her role as Director of Integrated Community Health Services.
Claire is passionate about medical workforce development and wellbeing for trainees, SAS doctors and consultants. Claire focusses on joy at work and ensuring people can develop themselves whether in medical leadership, education, research/improvement, coaching/mentoring or being an expert in field. She also recognises the power of togetherness and the importance of having a space to support one another as a medical workforce alongside multidisciplinary colleagues.
