Faculty of Perinatal Psychiatry Annual Conference 2025

Bookings will open in Summer.

The registration fees include refreshments and lunch. Accommodation and/or travel costs are not included in the booking fees.

Event registrations are confirmed when payment is received in full.

An automated receipt will be emailed within 48 hours of booking.

Joining instructions are sent around 24-48 hours before the event start date.

Book online

• Pay using a debit card or credit card and receive instant confirmation and a receipt.

Bank transfer

• Request a booking form and return it along with details of your bank payment transfer.

Using a College voucher

• Email your voucher and we will contact you if additional payment is required.

Please note, we are unable to invoice for delegate fees. If your Trust is making payment on your behalf and would like to pay by card, please call Rhianne Haresign on 020 8618 4213 to make payment over the phone.

Catering

Tea and coffee will be provided during the morning and afternoon breaks and a fork buffet lunch will be served during the lunch hour.

If you have any dietary requirements please let the event team know.

Getting around the venue

Please click here to view a 3D tour of the venue to help you familiarise yourself with the layout. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor. Each floor can be accessed via one of our three lifts.

Parking

There is one disabled parking bay at the rear of the building in Yeoman's Yard, off Chamber Street which runs parallel to Prescot Street and can be accessed via Leman Street or Mansell Street. We understand that disability is not always simple and you will not need a Blue Badge to qualify to use our onsite parking space. This bay must be booked in advance by contacting your events manager or events administrator.

Toilets

Toilets can be found on all floors

• Lower ground floor - we have four gender neutral toilets, one toilet with a parent changing area. There is one accessible toilet with a shower
• Ground floor - we have five gender neutral toilets and one accessible toilet
• First floor - we have single sex toilets on this floor

Multi-faith room

This is located in the members lounge on the ground floor 

Quiet space

We will have a dedicated quiet room available at the College that you are welcome to use at any point during the conference.

College events often provide unique opportunities to get away and dedicate time to your professional development and practice and meet with expert speakers.

The Faculty of Perinatal Psychiatry is inviting submissions for their conference, taking place in-person on 18 November 2025. All submissions will be reviewed ahead of the conference and successful authors will be invited to display their work at the conference.

NB. All accepted applicants will need to pay and attend the conference in order to have their poster displayed.
